Directions.

Position an oven rack about 5 inches away from the broiler and pre-heat to 375 °F.Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and broiler until it is coated with the desired color.Place broccoli into a large saucepan and simmer, stirring over medium heat, for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.Remove from the heat and reserve it.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Monterey Jack and 1/4 cup Cheddar with sour cream and remaining ingredients. Mix well; add the mustard, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper until smooth.

Place the broccoli, rice, chicken, and broth in a prepared baking dish, then fold through until smooth and cheese is removed. Repeat this process with the remaining 1 /2 cup Cheddar, followed by the last 2 ingredients.Wrap tightly with foil.For 30 minutes, Bake until the surface is warmed.

Remove the foil from the oven and place it outside.Adjust the oven’s temperature to the broil setting.For 3 to 4 minutes, Broil the cheese until it is bubbly and golden brown.Add bacon and scallio to the ingredients list.
