How IF ailed As An Entrepreneur and What I’ve Learned:: ( Part 3)
Creating a workplace that values Respect, Innovation, and Growth

In Part 2., I shared the hard lessons I learnt as an entrepreneur — how missteps in leadership, financial management, and team dynamics nearly derailed my vision for Retink I have come to realize that failure is only the beginning of a journey of learning, adapting, and growing. In this final installment, I will walk you through how we have reconstructed Retink as a company that values people, innovation and sustainability
AC ulture of Respect and Appreciation is centered around the People
At Retink , we’re not just building a company but creating a culture: a culture where respect and appreciation aren’t just buzzwords but the foundation of everything we do. Whether you’re creating stories or paying for them, your presence is what we enjoy
The importance of this ethos was not always present. I was so focused on achieving revenue targets and scaling that at the outset I neglected to even consider the human side. It has been difficult for me to understand that a company’s strength is determined by the people in it. Today, we prioritize open communication, acknowledge individual contributions, and make sure all team members feel important. The change has not only enhanced morale but also stimulated innovation and productivity. People tend to give their best when they feel respected
Beyood Content: Connecting on a Deeper Level

Our understanding of content creation goes beyond mere material production, and it involves establishing connections with individuals on a deeper level. Our goal is to create content that not only stimulates thought, but also touches on emotional connections. The aim is to strike a balance between the emotions and rationality of our audience, forging ties that transcend technology
Our team and customers have become more engaged and loyal, thanks to our emphasis on emotional connection. It’s a reminder that connection is crucial in both business and life
Entrepreneurs face a Dilemma between passion and survival
The lesson I’ve learned is that passion alone cannot sustain a business. Passion ignites passion, but it takes money to fuel it and determination to maintain its vitality. As Steve Jobs It is a well-known fact that perseverance is what separates successful entrepreneurs from unsuccessful ones. ”
In the early days, I was driven by passion but lacked the financial discipline and strategic focus to turn that passion into a sustainable business. I’ve since learnt that entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint. It requires resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to pivot when necessary. Passion is the starting point, but it’s perseverance that gets you across the finish line
