Post-Covid, individuals found pleasure in working from home, reducing commute time, creating more time for themselves, and minimizing stress

Despite the availability of work-from-home options, an increasing number of employees are choosing to work from home

A woman in Malaysia Travels by air to work every day , five days a week, and commutes between Penang and Kuala Lampur

She does this because:

The woman is employed by AirAsia and her usual work schedule resembles this

She asserts that this deal is also economical for her, but I suspect it is because she works for AirAsia and potentially save money on airfare

Despite her tight schedule, she is unwavering in her refusal to work from home

The reasons for her preference in working from the office are as follows::

She is completely drained by her work by the end of the day, but she is grateful to be home with her children when she gets back. She intends to carry on with this routine for a while. Upon returning home, she ensures her devotion to her family is complete

Is this a productive routine?

Her office is situated at KL airport, which is a 45-minute flight from Penang, and this routine is the primary reason for her success

The effectiveness of this routine is still uncertain as I doubt she has enough time to spend with her family and sleep soundly

Is it permissible to do this twice weekly?

If not, she may be pushing herself too hard, especially since she can work from home

However, it’s possible that she has a significant job and has evaluated the benefits and drawbacks before ultimately choosing to do so. I think that’s why she has been able to handle the commute

The best working model for a company depends on the culture, industry, and size of the organization

The woman is employed in a large corporation with fewer people, and the conventional Office setup appears to be more advantageous for her
